InvoBuzz provides a free online invoice generation and management platform including PDF export, client management, and email delivery.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must be 18 or older to create an account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use InvoBuzz to create fraudulent invoices, exploit the service, use bots, or upload malicious files.
5. Your Content
You own all invoice and client data you create. You grant InvoBuzz a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service.
6. Intellectual Property
InvoBuzz, its logo, and design are our intellectual property. Invoice templates are licensed for your personal and business use.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
InvoBuzz is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
InvoBuzz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
11. Changes to Terms
We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
